Well i just thought i would throw my mod list out there, since you guys went an made a forum just for that :shane:
My wife and I have a 1999 35th anniversary edition GT as you can see in the sig.
What we have installed so far are:
Flowmaster 40 series 2 chamber mufflers (not the catback, just mufflers)
Steeda Tri-ax shifter
K&N air filter
Redline hood struts
What is waiting to be installed when I get home on leave :snicker:
Maximum motorsports coilover package
-Bilstein sport shocks and struts
-Hyper coil springs
-coilover conversion kit
-4 bolt caster camber plates
Maximum motorsports panhard bar
Steeda Aluminum Lower control arms
Mac off road Pro-chamber :mick:
FRPP Aluminum Driveshaft
My wife bought me these:
Mach 1 pedal covers
billet door/window switches, ac knobs
So i think once we get these installed, our car will sound, and handle, MUCH BETTER :woot:
I cant wait. I have actually had this suspension kit sitting in my garage for about a year, but i have been in italy so i havent been able to install anything because my car is in wisconsin lol. When i get back home though my wife and i plan on installing at least the coilovers, panhard bar, and the pro-chamber. depends on how much time i have though.
What i have planned for the future is a built shortblock, Kenne Bell 1.7L supercharger, T-56 viper spec trans, Long tubes, Max. Motorsports K member, Torque arm, and finally 13" brakes of some type, most likely cobra. aaaaand i think thats it as far as the major mods go. there will be some smaller ones in there but these are the biggies.
we want the car to be set up to handle well in the twisties, kick some arse on the strip, and be fun to drive on the street. the car is a daily driver so everything i do to it has to be something that really wont take away from its functionality. My goal for it will be a conservative 450-500 hp :gt4her:
