Hi guys. So I am trying to do some research while I am here in Iraq so I can start a project when I get home.

I have some front PBR brake calapers and 5 lug rotors at home. I want to put those on teh 66 mustang I have.

Currently it has four wheel drum 4 lugs. I have swwn a comin upgrade for the 60's is to do a grenada swap on the front spindles and brakes .

I have also seen the disk brake 60's mustangs upgrading to the PBR brakes off 99-04 stangs.

I see there is some notes on line that is is infact possible to use the grenada spindals and with a fabricated simple braket you can use teh PBR brakes.

Problem is I cant seem to find anything else on line other then it saying it could be done. can anyone help me with this. our has anyone does this mod?

I have also see they taake the rear disks off a Lincoln Mark VII to swap out the back drums.

Thanks for your help.

Hey SSgt,

Granada swap 75-80 disc brakes will swap. The rear end from the Granada will swap to and give you 5 lug rear. I have the PBR brakes from 03 Cobra on Granada spindles. Look up www.Streetortrack.com. Shaun is a friend of mine, tell him latamud sent you.
