getting ready to buy a 94 to 98 series cobra and was wanting to know if anybody knew the biggest size cam you could put on one? also, if the duel cam had any effect on the sizes?

You can run pretty large cams, but the issue with it is, you have to buy 4 cams, because there are two in each head. So it's pretty costly to do a cam swap and for the money you are going to spend, it's not really worth it.

if you have the heads ported and valve job as well you will pick up quite a bit if your stayin N/A

And also, 94-95 is a 5.0L, they are OHV.
