great day at the track! finally after 5 or 6 trips I had someone come up with me that knew what was going on to watch the car for me. no outside vids but I do have in car ones Ill get up later. temp was 70 degrees with 47% humidity. I have the times in the pics so you can see how long I let it cool down. half a bag of ice in the ice box before each pass. with my new blower fan i was able to have the intercooler water down to 52 degree's today at the start of my burnout.

new best with just the blower!!! 10.69@132!!!!!! I have a feeling Im gonna get 133 out of it once the temps get down another 10-15 degree's....

and on the 100 shot...10.09@141!!!!! I LOVE THIS CAR...watch out Twin Screw's...here I come!!!!

first pass...big car in front of me spun so I figured Id start off form idle on the cold track

2nd pass went right into it...2 stepped it at 3k

3rd pass, loosened up the rear shocks 1 click and DID NOT lock the converter up..lost 2mph but seemed to run the same for ET w/ a .02 less 60'

4th pass clicked the shocks back to 5 and added 1/2lb in each tire...

then decided it was bottle time...checked everything was working and went at it. just after the 1-2 shift the car got squirrelly and I had to sterr it a bit. didnt get out of it but I bet that was my 9.9x pass....

6th pass I tried to back it up or hit that magic number but the track wasnt there. spun a little out of the hole and broke free a little at the top of first

iits possibly in the works. dont really need it with the current setup. for one i trapped 140.8...thats ALOT of mph and no one has done that yet on a stock motor cobra. most are running 150 shot on 3.73s or 3.55s.....I have 4.10s and im maxed out crossing the traps around 6700 is high for this motor. I might toss in 3.73s this week and try again and maybe try the 150

deff will. its the most used shot I would say for people getting all they can. a few have tested 175s and 200s on the dyno with good rsults...no track time though. my fuel system will prob only support the 150...maybe a 175...will see what happens this week

How hard are you launching?? It seems if your mph is that high you could just launch harder and get higher ET's. Still very nice numbers like I said on the other site!

working on it...its an auto..not a stock..i cant just up the revs to launch higher.

had a 4600 in it and best in october air was 10.72@128 and on the bottle was 10.26@138....now its a 3600...

you've got a pretty good setup there! you ran faster than that white kenne bell cobra. i see you weren't spraying though because most of your runs were high 10s/low 11s.

it has more in it....watching my 60's the car SUCKS off the line. no spray....i was the 2nd fastest car in the Mod Motor class so I played catch up for all my passes and caught everyone by the 1000' mark and had to pedal it. almost lost it twice in the finals AND the intercooler pump went. I never even caught the 13 sec GT I raced...haha

I couldnt 60 for ****..only got into the 6.90s in the 1/8...usually mid 6.80s and never made a full pass out the back door....lame.

A friend of mine said to maybe talk to Nitrous Dave about my n2o setup...about possibly porting out my NOS plate

when it comes to nitrous, Dave and his buddies from Bigshot are awesome! he went a best of 8.5 at 160mph on sunday. he will be putting a dry kit in my car over the winter.
