Anyone driven a shifter kart? (pics)

Well i picked one up a few weeks ago to get more seat time on the track and to start racing it too. That thing is scary fast. Id driven karts before but never one this fast. 0-60 in a little over 3 seconds and about 105+ mph with the current gearing and over 3Gs in a corner. Its a Maranello chassis with a Yamaha 125cc 2 stroke motor and a 6 speed sequential gearbox. The first time i took it out after driving it aroung for a little i took it up to 4th "slowly" and then floored it and it snapped my head back. If you have never driven one you need to go to a track that rents them out. Its something you just have to feel to believe. Heres a link to a walk around of it sitting in my garage. And with such a short wheel base they are really twitchy, which isnt helped by the uber quick steering. Its a rush though.

Ran the 125s at a track in La.We were about 109/110 going
into the braking zone(radar gun).There were some 250 shifters
there but couldnt get a ride on them.They were around 130/133
at the same place.
