Found pics of my totalled Purple 94 Probe GT

sorry for the crappy pics, but i dont have a scanner and i found these in a box. so bare with me on the quality.

this was my old 94 Probe GT and yes i loved the color of it, idc what you say or think. it was my favorite car even over my old Notch :hide:

the story is this.... i was racing a Chevy pick up with a 350 rocket, i was in the oncoming lane(wont mention my speed cause you wont belive me), tried taking the corner, lost it and hit a tree. and yes, i was not wearing a seatbelt and yes i walked away without any major injuries. but the Mass state Police said i hit the tree at just the right angle where i bounced off the tree and was facing the way i came. and if i had hit it square dead on.... who knows. luck was on my side this day. RIP 4-29-2000

(for the local people, i was in Rehobeth on Fairview ave and the tree still looks like i hit it yesterday :P)

I sold mine to my bro-in-law and he wrecked it. It didn't look as bad as yours but it was not a pretty sight. I'll see if I can find a pic of it...

I always have loved the last couple of years of the Probe GT. The car looked great and was a good deal. I loved it in black.

and thanks everyone, i seriously miss that car. that thing handled like it was on rails. i'd love to find another purple 94 exactly like that. id honesty prefer to get another one just like that over a Mustang :hide:

my car is supposed to run 14.9 bone stock so haa!

ummm. no it is. never have a seen any 94-98 bone stock GT brake into the 14's. and ive never seen any test done thats shown them to be a 14 car stock.

so prove me wrong, run your car on street tires this weekend. even tho your car isnt stock. at best you might... might get a 14.8 if your a good enough racer at the track on street tires.

94-95 will run a high 14 stock.

me too. its called stage 3 ported pi heads, stage 2 comp cams, and a portmatched trickflow intake :wink: unless i throw out another $1500 and get the turbo instead.
