Whats this worth?

I am being given a 66 mustang 6 cyl auto...everything is there but its been sitting a LONG time...rot isnt too too bad...pretty sure its a fastback style...trunk and fenders are in good shape and interior is in surprisingly good shape...black vinyl...any idea roughly what somethin like this would be worth?

theres a big difference from a coupe and fastback and what condition its in
does it run and everything work?
a/c, power steering all those options make a big difference
