I went out to the Texas Motorplex again today to watch the street car shootout, but of course that turned into....."Hey, let's make some time trial passes!" :snicker:

Last time my best was a 13.58@104mph on my 1st outing with the car.

New best time today:
13.22@107mph :david:

8.56@83mph 1/8


Mod list hasn't changed other than the springs.

JLT Cold Air w/SCT tuner on 93 octane
Pypes axle-backs
255/50-17 Kumhos all around
Ford Racing K Springs

I'm very pleased with the car, and it even backed that run up with a 13.22@106mph later in the day. Had lots of time to try different techniques and launches since the track was a ghost town due to Pinks being in San Antonio. :marc:

she was moving pretty good I think...now if I could just convince my right foot to stay on the gas when shifting into 3rd it might pick up a bit more. I have some kind of "don't break it" mental block with that one :lol:

yeah i can understand u there dont break it is a good way to look at it yeah alittle better time will come outta stayin' on it but a lot of damage could also

yea, nice times there Eric.....I was thinking about going back to the track next week. I was installing some new mods this weekend cai w/ sct tuner w/93 octane tune. Was thinking about a new blower, but this is all I could afford for now.

still trying to figure out the turbo timer on this blow dryer. conair sure does'nt give accurate instrustion on where I'm suspose to plug it in though.

I could use some more practice, I'm not as smooth going through the gears as I need to be. I would love to get it down a bit more as it sits, but I don't know if that's possible.

My car has 3.55s, so with 4.10s and the MT/ETs I would think you should be seeing some improvement :mick:

Tryed to make it out to the 1/4 this weekend but NHRA was there. So went out to the 1/8

60 ft --- 1.947
time ---- 8.484
speed--- 82.81

Get the 4:10 you will love them.

But see your # realy make me think that Ill be damn close to breaking the 12s in the 1/4
