Mystic vs Mystichrome

I want to see everyones favorite of the two. I will post up two pics, and go ahead and vote on your favorite...

Now I know that the 04 has the colored interior, better motor, nicer hood, better tranny, etc... That's not what this vote is about though... ITs strictly about the color only...

I think ford did a better job with the color from 96. I think it looks nicer all around...

I don't like either but the 04 is better imo. I really dislike that "rootbeer brown" in the Mystic.

there's still a bit of the root beer color in the mystichrome cobras but you have to get *crazy as this sounds* about 3-4 in the afternoon in early october (that time of daylight) and a REALLLY flat angle of the sun and on a flat body panel (i noticed it on the trunk) to be able to see the least hint of it

over all i like how the 04's have more blue in them and it's a gentler fade of color, the 96's are a pretty sharp progression...the first time i saw one i thought somebody purposely painted 1/2 the car one color and 1/2 the car the other color :hugo:

Oh, so YOU'RE to blame? Hmm I am biased anyways, I love the 04's better. I'd go nuts if I had that car though, I'd be taking pictures like crazy with the different angles/colors!

i get the same kinda stuff from little kids, just like the other day i was driving down the road and stopped at a red light and there's a little kid in the tahoe infront of me was pointing and staring and i could see him saying "look at that car!!!" lol

Mystichrome is my favorite of the 2. But Mystic looks amazing as well. Both look much better in person than on camera.

Owned a Mystic...have to say the 96. The paint was wild dependng on sun angle. The car sometimes was all purple, or all green, sometimes both, or blacks, yellows, or as mentioned a rootbeer. Few more pics..Shane

I don't mind the Mystichrome, but the Mystic is hands down the better of the two. I like it specifically FOR the sharp color changes, and as Shane posted pictures of, sometimes it looked like a solid color.
