got bored 1 weekend and decided to make my own trunk tool storage,
this is how it turned out.

Sears tool box $8.00
speaker box carpet $10.00
bolts, nuts, pushpins, 3m spray adhesive $7.00
had a piece of 1/4" plywood that I used for the panel
