KB 2.8H, that's the one I'm selling in the classifieds. The 3.4 is the whipple, and needs a stroked motor to make the big power.

so the 3.4 is called the "whipplecharger" then??? and needs a stroked 4.6???
can you make over 900rwhp on a DOHC 4.6 w/o NOS and stroking the motor????

Nope. Only way you are gonna do that is TT w/ a built motor. If your going TT, your lookin at spending at least $20K easily on kit and other needed mods, like fuel, suspension, and drivetrain. And that $20K doesn't even include the built motor. You gotta have deep pockets if you plan on modding a Terminator hardcore.

wow, makes me not wanna buy a terminator now.
i thought you could take the stock DOHC 4.6, slap on a 25 PSI blower and make like/roughly 800rwhp?? of course with other mods too
see im more of a 302 guy then this new technology stuff. thats why i ask.

You can get about 700rwhp with my KB 2.8H, with a pulley swap. All your high horsepower cars are usually turboed. 700 rwhp and bad at all though.

well, if you use just a plain DOHC 4.6 such as the Mach 1, there is a TON of stuff you're looking at having to do especially if it's an eaton swap off the cobras (or if you do the full swap with intentions of going twin screw i.e. whipple, kenne bell) you'll need to relocate the alternator, get all new intakes that come from the cobras, etc...if it's a mach motor you're better off doing a centri-blower than a cobra top end swap honestly...but if you start with a cobra the w210ax (3.4L whipple) can be pullied all the way up to 35 psi but like TRM8ER said you really need the 4.6 to be a 5.0 or 5.1L stroker motor to take advantage of a blower that big. Now if you went with the w140ax (2.3L whipple) the stock 4.6L is fine as well as if you can find a used 2.2 KB or a 2.4 KB (no longer in production as they are sticking with the 2.6, 2.8, 2.6H, and 2.8H blower only) and going whipple, you'll end up needing ATLEAST 60 lb. injectors and a kenne bell boost-a-pump, and it'd be recommended to do a PPRV delete in the tank as well. The be route to go would be twin GT or SVT Focus pumps with modified FPDM's and even then many guys still run a BAP just incase though most have it as left over from the stock cobra pump, and you'll still need the bigger injectors lol
sorry that was so long but thought i'd just kinda let you know the basics of that crap as i know it took me a while to gather that basic stuff searching through SVTP which it, and modular fords, are the best places to get info on all that stuff as they have dedicated sections to the Terminators
oh yeah and about the HP part of this...the 2.3 whipple pullied to 17 psi averages around 600-620HP and in the neighborhood of 520TQ

Y'all forgot about one of the KB's.
It'll make 700rwhp at 20psi all day long.

Dont think by all this Dean that a Terminator is a bad investment. We are talking about running a 03/04 Cobra anywhere form 8psi stock to I've heard above 30 psi on a stock block. The GT of any year isn't safe after 10psi on stock internals. But anything over 500 your pretty much talking about money and the higher the numbers the more the money. Currently I am running a 2.2KB with 60lb injectors, diablo mafia, diablo predator, midpipe, catback, boostapump, JLT CAI, 3.5 upper and 4lb lower and making just shy of 600rwhp. I am about to throw about 5-7 grand at her again and see what I can do. Was thinking twins but as mentioned that really cant be had for 7 grand. The hellion kit alone is 7500 and I would still need some engine work and install. Thinking about a bigger blower runing the same 17psi but more efficiently on 93 octane with some headers and better fuel system and clutch. Really just want a crazy safe tune and 600hp easier than pushing this 2.2 to achieve that. But once you get all this info..look into compond boost running a supercharger and two turbos at the same time. Now thats interesting!-Shane

Interesting maybe, efficient, no. The supercharged-turbo setup makes more heat than a nuclear reactor! You'll make more power with just the turbos.

Hey Derek...yeah, that and a few other goodies. She should be back on the road in 2-3 weeks.
Do you guys carry the stewart water pumps?

So I guess we need alot of nitrous as well to cool her down!!! HA HA Very true statement and the numbers are not comming up worthy as of yet from what I have seen. However, power down low from the SC and power up top from the turbos where the other lags is very interesting and sound in theory. Maybe oneday they will work out all the kinks and it will be worthy. -Shane
