hey check it out - this throws my theory out the window that vins are in same order of build #'s

this is vin 108892, but was built one week earlier with a lower prod # than mine

I think its high for the first one built. But, on 72 made and I wouldn't doubt if it sold for that price even with that high of mileage. I personally would pass and I would love to have a vert in the same color.

This car has been for sale before, and at that time so was it in Florida. That owner had no clue it was the first on since it was not mentionend at that time.

I think since it is a #1 of 72 it will draw a lot of money. I just think it is way too early for him to be thinking of it as a collector's item. maybe down the road.

It would be cool to get the first one ever made. But i was just bidding and sometimes you just don't know if you will have some luck. I bidded 20K and if i had got it for that price it would have been a steal.
I'm in the process of buying a farm and move outside my hometown, the deal is done and i'm just waiting for an official inspection before i do the atual payment. But if there is something wrong there might be another cobra and no farm.
