I drive a 1989 5.0 hatch w/minor mods.Just curious to know what kind of clutch do you prefer? any feedback on the king cobra??

BTW if you want it i have a 11" 10 spline spec II disk with 1000 miles on it I will sell for 75 bucks.

I've put about 25k miles on my king cobra and have no complaints whatsoever.

I have an 11" Fidanza Flywheel with a 10.5" King Cobra Clutch and I absolutely Love it!!!

BTW, this is on a 2004 GT.

I have had two king cobra's and a centerforce dual friction and I hated both of them. The cobra (for me at least) didn't grip enough, and the centerforce gave me problems. I'm going with a spec stag 2 this time around.

i havent had a problem with my king cobra, for the money, i think its a good choice

The newer King Cobras work a lot better than the old ones.... Ford Racing switched manufacturing companies in 05' I believe ... Get the King Cobra Clutch that has the -N after the part # ... that is the newer one ... No complaints on my end ... I launch my car at 5200 rpm's on slicks and it grabs rather well ....

its a street car... not a race car :lol:

Ran it in a semi serious street/roadrace car for 2 years with
no problems.
The 4 and 5 would be a bit much but the 2 and 3
are fine.

King cobra by far. no problems out mine.
