If you are mostly stock, I would use the money else where. But if you are heavily modded, I would get it.

Well I have bolted on just about everything but a blower, one-piece driveshaft or a stall converter. Haven't broken into the engine...probably won't do that or the blower either.

So that leaves the driveshaft and the stall converter.

Here is what I have done
4:10 FRPP
Diablo tuner
Stainless Works Long Tube Headers
Stainless Works X-Pipe with Hi-flo cats
Borla cat backs
BBK CAI
Steeda UDP
Steeda Ultra-Light wheels 18x10
Nitto NT555
Carbon fiber heat extracter hood (not installed, but on deliver truck)
Carbon fiber deck lid (in shed awaiting install with hood)
TA Billet Differential Cover (drain and fill plugs on front)
AMSOIL 5w20 and filter and gear oil
Akebono Ceramics on all four corners
Strut tower brace

Plus bling-bling
Interior (various caps, ebrake handle, etc)
Engine bling (fluid caps)
1/4 window Roush louvers
Black locking gas lid
LED smoked tail lights
smoked halo headlights (awaiting paint job before install)
smoked bumper/turn signal with chrome bulbs
smoked side marker lamps

A One-Piece driveshaft for the S197s is a great mod. The stock 2 piece POS weighs roughly 56 pounds, whereas the one piece aluminum one from SpiderShaft weighs around 26. You will see a huge improvement with it, well worth the money.

get rid of the two piece and get the one friend di it on his gt500 (not close to stock) and it was an improvement.

I blew it about a month ago when an local was selling his off his new stang (Coast Driveline) for a big discount. I waited too long and he decided to keep it for his next stang (only kept the last one 9 months!) Now they are about twice what he offered it to me for.
