I would go for it espically if they are really ported. A really good port job can cost 800 bucks.

There are plenty of different AL heads out for a 302. They fit better than 351 heads and give more HP,mor5e compression more MPG.
351 heads are not the way go unless you have a 351.

One thing to remember,302s use 7/16 head bolts
and 351s use 1/2 headbolts. Most of your aftermarket heads
are 1/2 so you will need either 7/16 threaded 1/2
headbolts/studs or the adapter washers to use the 7/16
bolts/studs with the 1/2 holes.
Looking at your sig,a used set of AFR 165s or Edelbrock Performers
will do you nicely.
A 2.05/2.10 valve is way too big and will ding a piston if the valve reliefs
are not cut the right size. The 2.02 intakes on those Roush heads will not
clear unless your pistons are cut for 2.02/2.05 valves.

well i have 351 heads form 71 on it now i have allways had them on it even when i got my car i thought the only real diffrence were the valve sizes from 351 to 302 i dont mean to sound ignorent but im kinda learnin as i go i also looked at them and talked to the guy with those roush heads they bolt right up to my block and wont have any clearence problems so... i dont know but still lookin and dont know if 800 is a good price for cast iron pair
