ive changed out my ACT and my IAC reseted my EEC who knows how many times. but the car still idles high about 2000rmp then it goes back down, ill get a stumbling in in also ive been trying to find out for a long time whats causing this but no luck. i hear it in the exhaust the sputtering then it will clear up. i checked out my plugs and the car has been running lean, it has new O2 in it that replaced about a week ago. could the computer be doing this to the car or is it i have some kind of issues going on elsewhere or is just the computer going out. even while im driving around 65-70 and push on the gas i get valve knock, my timming is set at 12*.

you computer might be shot bro. Sorry to say it. There could be an issue somewhere else, but it's starting to sound like you ecm. Who did you Mass Air conversion, you may want to go back and double check the pin connections.

Whats your fuel pressure like? Could cause a lean condition too.

A vacuum leak could also cause the problems you are describing.

Have you checked for codes from the computer?

i did the conversion way back while i was still in SC. it just started doing this when i went to 36# injectors and another MAM, but i changed it back to my 24's and the same MAM i had with the 24's. when i run codes i get code 95 witch is secondery fuel pump circuit.

just curious... what does an AFM N91 cam equal to a ford motorsport cam? only ask because you have your timing at 12.

dood thats like the size of the Z-303!!! my F-303 was set at 18, and your cam is way bigger then the one i had.

i seen the video of yours, and my idle was crazier then yours. dang :lol:

When you changed the o2's did you use the oem plugins or the universal spice in ones?

I don't know Hugo. You def have a fuel problem but hard to tell if it's caused by the cpu or your delivery system. Best thing I can tell you is plug in a fuel pressure tester and see if it drops when the car acts up. If so then you have a prob with the delivery system. If not then the CPU. Hope that helps. :mick:
