yup. ive driven bout 150-155, and was in a Supra that did 187 and that was hairy. i cant imagine 253 tho. id sure like to try tho :lol:

150 is still unreal to be driving in. your average run of the mill joe shouldnt attempt anything over like 160.

No, your average run of the mill joe shouldn't try anything over 90........most of them these days can't drive at 60, much less 160.....
Having been over 200mph in a Banks TA, I can tell you it is one hell of a rush!!!
Been far faster than that 50 feet off the ground, another rush!

I LOVED living in Germany, for a whole hose of reasons, including the 'bahn! The food and beer were fantastic, too!! And being there with the US military was the way to go...I got to enjoy all the good stuff without the bad (high taxes, etc....):woot:

i've been at ~160 before..my buddy's '06 GT was hitting the 155 speed limiter and i was walking away...what a rush..the protective coating on the vert top rail was flaking off and coming inside the car :pianodan

I remember reading that the state police had the video and were trying to identify the car and the driver....probably why it got pulled.....
