If I take a stock 2003 mustang GT with an auto trans and add...

K&N cold air intake
full exhaust
pullies
75mm T/b and plenum
Ford racing aluminum driveshaft
upgrade the coils and plugs
FR 3.73 gears and bushings

with a SCT xcalibrator2 chip and tune

What kind of power do you think I should see? ( faster than a zissan 350z is an acceptable answer )

What would be holding my car back?

Is there anything other than ( cams, headers, s/c, turbo, or nos ) that is pretty easy that you would suggest I add?

First off welcome to US! With the mods your listing you should see about 15 to 20hp pick up. Faster that a 350z most likely. You can have alot of funn modding the mod motor. My 03 is running in the low 13's you can see my mods http://www.unitedstangs.com/forums/showthread.php?t=8673 :mick:

if your not gonna go with f/i why not go 3.90 or 4.10 for the rear gear? get that little extra umph for the money.

I was thinking about it, but I do drive a good 20 miles of highway going 85mph a day. The gears are only a couple hundred bucks, so worse comes to worse I can just upgrade later.

Any ideas on what else I should add performance wise?

I have 4.10's and I drive 45 miles each way to work and it's all highway. I manage 22 mpg, with cams full exhaust and 4.10's.

You should also go with a good off-road mid pipe in combination with the other listed mods.

I agree, the list is good, but go with 410's, especially with an auto.

Fats & Skinnies for the track ....

I had a 99GT Auto with cold air, accufab 75mm t/b, accufab plenum, pulleys, trans go shift kit, 3.90 gears, aluminum drive shaft, SCT xcal2, 75 shot wet, dynomax race magnums mufflers, bassini x-pipe no cats..I was running 12.4 @ 118mph with DR..:mick:

I would def. go with 3.90 or 4.10 gears..

Welcome to the site! i would also go with atleast the 4.10s in an automatic. goodluck with the brand new 350z's though, they come with a stock 306hp. I raced one in my mach 1 about a week ago and only put 2 cars on him to 85mph. the brand new ones are quick, it surprised me alot.

Ive raced a 350Z with a turbo and beat it man... To be honest with you its all in the drivers.. if you want a sure fire win everything you personally listed will push you ahead. When i beat the one that raced me (Have witness's >.<) All i had at the time was a CAI. Beat him by half a car x.x
