Which wheels do you prefer

Alright, I have heard many different thoughts towards this. I am looking at getting some 18x10 black fr500's. I currently have 17x8 black bullitts. I would like to know though the differnence that 265 tires will be over my 245's. I am looking at swapping with a guy. Any suggestions?

Thanks alot bro! I like your wheels and car also. I really like my bullitts but also have heard people talking about fr500's. I think that I might just get some DD for the back of my car. But I dunno. I am a typical car guy, I not only car about what I think but mostly what impression my cars gives everybody else.

265 is the width in mm's. so a 265 will be hider then a 245. but if you got up a wheel size, make sure you lower the profile which is the aspect ratio between the overall width and height of the tire.

i worked at a tire store. and if your runnin' a 245/45/17. and you wanna upgrade to and 18"... the best size would be a 265/35/18. you can get away with a 265/40. but typically when you go up a wheel size, your supposed to drop 10 on the aspect ratio. a 265/40 will be a bigger tire vs a 265/35.

if your going 18x10 front and back... i suggest going bigger in the back. will look better. maybe a 285/35 or a 295/35.

Just on final thought for ya. I'll keep you in mind the next couple of days, i MAY have a set of Black DD Bullitts for you if you want to buy a set. :)
