My brother's '98 GT car alarm keeps going off all by itself. I got a tech manual for the car, but can't figure out where the alarm sensor is. I think it needs to be adjusted to less sensitivity or something. Anyone know where the motion sensor is or what else to look for?
Thanks.

if it's a factory alram, I don't think they come with those types of sensors, if it's after market it should be under the dash where the pedals are. But from my experience with my 87gt, when my battery was low on juice, my alarms would go off, so make sure he checks the battery/charging system first.

W3rd!! That has happened to me a couple of times before in the good ol' Camry. Hope it's an easy fix!

Alright, thanks for the input. Now that I think about it, the battery is pretty old, and got it at Vatozone several years ago. :-)
