looking for a 6 speed

where can i get a 6 speed transmission for my stang that will hold atleast 600 horse power. can someone help me my trans is about to take a dump

There are sevral places you can deal with but the only place that I know of that sells a complete swap kit is D&D Performance. You can get a full Viper spec model and it will handle 600 whp with no problem.

D&D is the company i've been looking at as well. I already have a t56 out of a cobra, but i've still been looking at their stuff to see how I can upgrade it.

The two big upgrades you need to do is the 26 spline input shaft and the carbo fiber blocking rings. If it's low mileage you can get away with doing those two upgrades and stuffing it back in the car. It will shift so smooth.

I have found you a few used T56's but the only problem is how good are the T56's. For what you want to do the best way to go is D&D Performance. To handle 600 plus HP you need the Viper Spec T56. They offer a complete Viper Spec T56 with all the parts you need to install for $3899.00. I understand that is a lot of $$$$$ but if you decide to go that way let me know because I deal with D&D and can help save you some $$$$$. I will keep looking for something used but nothing yet.
