Looking for a nice set of cams for a 2v... Wondering what kind of duration/lift I would need to get a nice lope without flycutting the pistons.

The VT stage II N/A cams will work just fine. Nice lope, great mid-range power gains, and a great sound. or you could do like i did, I went with Comp Cams stage II non P/I cams, .500 lift run great with my stock springs, amazing sound at idle, I put down real nice numbers.

I have the vt stage two blower cams and they sound ok, you do not get the lope with a mod motor that a pushrod motor has no mater what you do, it is just not the same animal. :shane:

Talk to Scott from VTengines, tell him Duane sent ya.....Definately get the supporting mods first like longtubes and intake upgrades to get the most from a cam swap. Also make sure the tech installing the cams degrees them in (very very important).....DA snake boy!!!!

It has to be adjusted in the tune, so either with a tuner or your tuner would have to re burn your chip.
