So i have been doing some research on the shocks now to go along with the Ford C Springs .... I have found and like the lakewood shocks ...

My question is this ...

Do I need Struts or Shocks for the Front ???

I need the Part# 40506 which are the 70/30 for the front according to their web site ... However they do not list the ones for the rears (50/50) ... What is the part # for the rears ???

Front struts, and rear shocks.

you can probably get away with a 40303, but they don't have it listed..

here's the PDF
http://go.mrgasket.com/pdf/drag_shocks_struts.pdf

and the website.
http://www.lakewood-industries.com/CatalogsList.aspx?BrandID=5

I'd call them and find out for sure.

I run stock GT shocks in the rear, with the quad shock removed. the quad shock was added to prevent wheel hop, which is caused when the stock controld arms flex, when you use aftermarket control arms, yo greatly reduce the chances of wheel hop therefore don't need the quad shocks. Using the 70/30's in the front combined with stock rear shocks and the c-springs will give you exactly what your looking for. Also remove your front sway bar, when using the c-springs it's not needed.
