Whining Noise

There is a whining noise coming from my front wheels, when i make any kind of turn at all, my power steering fluid is full. What could this be, how did it get like that, and how to fix?

it is only when you turn? is it for sure a whinign noise and not a grinding noise? If it is for sure a whining noise, it could be the standard for ps pump whine, or your pump could be going out.. if it's more grinding, check the wheel hubs/bearings...

it is definitely a whine, not a grind. if my pump were going out, wouldnt it be hard to turn? my turning is fine, and easily one handed. +

My car sometimes would make that noise and the guy told me that it is either my pump going out or there is a filter near or in the PS pump that might be dirty. :mick:
