when i am straightening the wheels when i pull in-to a parking space or my drive way the car dies when i straighten the wheels. what the hell??? :confuse:

sounds like the idle is to low and when it takes load, it kills the car.

There is a switch who's function is to bump up the idle under load, for example, ac compressor, power steering pump at low speed, etc. If it fails, it will cause the condition you describe. Sometimes you can test it simply....if the car is an auto, put it in drive, hold the brake and turn the ac on....if it dies when the compressor kicks on, that's a good indication the switch has failed.

first start out by cleaning out the MAf and the IAC motor...also clean the throttle body all the way around inside especially where the throttle blade closes next to the sides of the throttle body....
