there is an incorrect vin on the registry

what's up guys -

just noticing that item id# 31 shows vin "1FAFP49Y03F400301". this cannot be correct

the car belongs to Jose Campos, Merced, CA - jose can you confirm your info?

my understanding is that the vin for any competition orange cobra must show "...4F..." before the last six digit sequence number. (2004 model year)

The VIN by itself wont give you a color code. It is needed for a variation of a color code if there is more than 1 variation, which is usually the case. There can be a dozen or more variations of a single color code.
