Question on Rims

i went to American Muscle's website, to check out some rims, and they had 20x10 bullits that i would like to put on the rear of my car. However, the site says they are good for 2005+. would they not work for my car? is the 10 too wide for my '02? or does anyone know the offset, or has a pair of 20x10's on their car?

The offset for the s-197 and our new edge cars is different, it will sit way inside the wheel well and probably rub on the inside of the wheel well.
