ok..im not too much on the modular motors, the 4.6 and 5.4 but im thinking the only difference between them is bore and stroke? like the 289 to 302? i might be able to get a hold of a lightning motor...its been in a wreck and im hoping i dont have to replace too much stuff...the guy did run into a wall i think...but im thinking it will just be able to drop into my crown victoria (4.6) maybe have to put a cowl or something in the hood for the blower...but if all goes well...ill hav that motor, tranny and maybe the rear end in there..think i can do it with out any major fabrication?
