I have an '06 Mustang GT I wanted to put an intake in it but was kind of stuck on what kind of intake to put in him. What kind would you guys think I should go with? I have been thinking about alot of different ones but really haven't stuck with just one yet. Any good advice guys? I am also trying to go with a tune. What kind would be the best to go with? I am just thinking might as well get that out of the way too. Plus a friend of mine told me to get the little stuff out of the way first before I got my gears :D (Will). Thanks for the advice Will :mick:!
Thanks in advance everyone :mick:...

JLT imho is the only way to go as far as getting hp from a pipe. as afr as tune, that you would have to talk to the tuner/shop about.

My wife has the BBK CAI and TB she loves it and it net her over 300hp to the wheels on the facory tune. We are getting a diablo programer for her soon. I use that one on my 03 and love it.

Went with the twin 62mm and the car is running the factory tune. Last dyno at Murillo's she hit 307hp to the wheels at 5500 RPM's I figure the basic Diablo programer tune will fix the Air/Fuel at the top end and keep it from going fat. That alone should net her about 320hp to the wheels.

CL Racer kit w/ SCT tuner.. They by far are the most popular for an intake/tune combo and are highly recommended on all boards.

Several different CAI's are very good, but take it to a good dyno shop/ tuner, you will get better results and a safer tunes. I have personally seen several preprogrammed tuners through the air/ fuel way off.

AFE Stage 2 CAI, and Bama chips tunes (3). I got the AFE so I could leave it on for inspection. Remember any engine modz, u have to take that off b4 u take it in to get inspected, keep that in mind for my twin there.
