could everybody post up their c.o. cobra's build date? i am trying to piece together some details from the registry but so far i only can see 3 build dates?

Let me know. I thought I remember seeing mine somewhere before...because I remember thinking it was built towards the end of the year being one of the later 04s put out. I just can't remember where I saw it.

That is strange as the build date is on my certificate. I thought they were the same for all SVTs

lol yeah marc maybe you were looking at different picture -
i checked mine out and yeah they've got the vin, build date, build number/total number, some other stuff and signed by scarpello and coletti :)

yeah that is the one - i thought they always showed the build date

both my 03 and my 04 had certificates and they showed em. but i bet you could still find it out from svt if you ever needed to

I don't know. With the number, I can tell it was built late in the year, probably one of the last 04 comp orange cobras built. I don't know if the color would make it worth more in the future. I would think mystic (even though its' not as rare) would probably fetch more money later on.

apparently some of these certificates must be slightly inconsistent with the info they show, because mine don't show the dealership they were delivered to, but does show everything else

If I'm not mistaken, the only ones that received the build date were for the "original" certificates...the ones that were ordered from SVT after the first owner did not include this information!

There is a number for SVT I was trying to look for it, but in Iraq right now so its kind of hard....will try to track it down.
They will give you the info right over the phone build date and production number but if you want a certificate it will be $30.00

I just check my certificate and is has no build date or dealer info on it either but i did get a nice little piece of plastic stating that ford decided to beat on my car before they shipped it out.

My vehicle number is 3317 of 3768.
