Think I have decided need opinions

Well I've been wracking my brain trying to decide what I want to get my car painted. Wanted something different; kinda tired of staring back at that plain black thing in the driveway. Started out thinking I wanted something different than any other stang that has taken this road before, or doing some flames or racing stripes. Think I have decided, after seeing the scheme on an 05 in one of the Mustang mags that it looks really good and wondered if anyone had seen it on a 99-04 stang. It was black, with 2 red racing stripes. It looks NICE and mean. Was thinking of going with green instead (favorite color) but just can't seem to tear myself away from the red stripes.

Hmmm... I have seen a few cars that are black w/ red racing stripes.. and I do have to say, it does look pretty damn sweet.. I have never seen a black car w/ green stripes though. What shade of green are you talking about goin with?

Red stripes don't seem to be too unusual, but black is the best base color for flames of just about any kind IMHO

The only car I've ever seen that was black with green deck stripes was an old horizon with neon green stripes that were hand done----crappy and crooked. I have seen black with red stripes on older cars, but not a stang.......more classics. I personally like the look.

I'd say if the green stripes were somethin of a darker green it would look alright. Def. not lime green... :tdown: :nonono: That would look bad.. IMO

Id go for a forrest or kelly green.
