B&M trick shift

Hey guys, just wondering if it would hurt my transmission any if i used B&M trick shift..i wanted to change out the fluid cause it seemed pretty dirty. its on my crown with a 4.6 and the AOD i think and like close to 130k miles on it...never been changed.

I would be hesitant to change it at that many miles if its never been done before. It might cause more issues that its worth. Over time your tranny has built up varnish inside. If you add new fluids, the detergents inside will eat away at it and could cause slipping and leaks.
